Playlist Help

| CEPlaylist is an application that is designed to help manage song files and playlists on a PocketPC device. It is capable of scanning all available storage on the PocketPC as well as any network drives through a wired or wireless network connection. When CEPlaylist first starts, it searches for Playlist and Song files based on the settings in Preferences. After finding all the playlist and song files, it analyzes all MP3, OGG and WMA files and formats the following displays selected by the tabs at the bottom of the window: |

| Provides
a hierarchical view of all the song files (*.mp3, *.ogg and *.wma) with
the ability to arrange them in many different formats:

This view shows all the Playlist files (*.asx, *.wpl, *.plt, *.pdl, *.m3u,*.lst) on the PocketPC along with their location. Playlists can be played directly byWindows Media Player, PocketMPV, withMP3, WinamPAQ, GSPlayer, or other PocketPC player - or their contents can be saved to the Song List . Their contents can be viewed, and they can be renamed and deleted. Playlists can also
be created on a PC using Windows Media Player, Music Match, or WinAmp
and copied to the PocketPC. CEPlaylist will automatically adjust the path
names to the location of the song files on the PocketPC.

| This view
shows all the data about each song that has been copied to it from either
the Playlist or Song Library
views. Playlists can also be opened and saved in this view, and new
playlists can be created using some or all of the songs in the list. Some
or all of the songs can also be played directly by Windows Media Player,
PocketMVP, withMP3, WinamPAQ, GSPlayer, or other PocketPC player. More Info..... |

This screen is displayed when CEPlaylist is looking for Playlist files. It will start looking based on the 'Playlist Files' setting in Preferences. Tapping anywhere on the screen will display the Stop Building Library warning which will allow the build process to be stopped before completion. |

This screen is displayed when CEPlaylist is looking for Song files. It will start looking based on the 'Source' setting in Preferences. Tapping anywhere on the screen will display the Stop Building Library warning which will allow the build process to be stopped before completion. |

This screen is displayed when CEPlaylist is building the Song Library. It will either parse the song files or load CEPlaylist's database based on the 'Rebuild Library on Startup' setting in Preferences. Tapping anywhere on the screen will display the Stop Building Library warning which will allow the build process to be stopped before completion. |

Clicking Yes on this warning will immediately stop the build process. This can be useful if you want to make a change to the Preferences before loading the data. Clicking No will resume the build process. |
